Endgame build guide update for my Ice Strike and Shattering Palm Amazon league starter for Fate of the Vaal. We have some new powerful tech from 0.4 including the powerful new unique flask Lavianga's Spirits and some support gems.
I had a fast and smooth league start and even managed to be the first Ice Strike player to lvl 94, having a big health pool from Couture of Crimson and fast recovery with leech is very powerful and goes great with Amazon as expected.
