GEAR I upgraded my gear at levels 20, 27, and 33. You just want to find gear that has the most strength possible for 1ex. Rings and amulet can also have +attributes so search for that as well. For weapons, find one with high FLAT added physical. This is the only damaging mod that can affect Shield Wall on weapon. And also strength. For armours, find the most armour on it as you can as well as strength. Resistances and maximum life are awesome if you can get them but if not then don't worry too much. You just want to buy the most out of 1ex per item. At level 20, use Titanrot Cataphract Maraketh Cuirass. Try to get the highest roll of %Strength for 1ex. At level 27, use Trampletoe Trimmed Greaves for its overkill mod. This makes killing way faster. I stopped upgrading at level 33 as it was enough for me to finish the campaign. If you want you can keep upgrading if you feel the need to. If you don't want to worry about pressing your mana flask, you can try to find a mana leech mod on rings or gloves.
