Path of Exile 2021 Best build Ultra Blade Vortex Assassin Returns !! Despite losing 30% movement speed since the last update, this updated version of blade vortex have more speed and damage, and you no longer need Headhunter for it, you also have much better defence and immunity to chaos damage which used to be a problem with the life version, this build is very fast, you can easily speed run 3 Awakeners in 1 hour with it, allowing for a very fast and straight forward currency making stratigy.
