Amulet:
I wouldn't recommend buying Ashes, it costs almost as much as half of my budget and only provides one extra projectile.
Instead, think about getting Replica Dragonfang's Flight with Shattering Steel. It's a cheaper alternative than Ashes and still effective.
Body armour (white socket-mapping)
If you have a 6-link body armor with the correct colors, and you change one blue socket to a white socket
then swap inc crit strike to fork/aw fork instead aw vicious proj to fork. This change will increase your DPS
