For all comments like "wOw 8 TiEr MaP" or "sLoW bUiLd" Flicker strike is bad skill, you need to invest at least like thousand of exalts, to make with this skill something good. So why i keep making new flicker strike characters? Because i love to PLAY this game, and theory building, not farming straigh 24 hours every day. If you want really good build, just play on ED or Cyclone. Also i dont wanna lose my character. Again.
