So a simple question.

I have started as LA Ballista champion. To explain what do I follow, is EA ballista, just swap a gen to LA with following changes to tree, items and gems. gameplay has to stay the same as EA ballista champ.

Is this actually possible? What path to follow: crits, frenzy, flat ele damage, flat phys to ele? What should I do, or just give up, and make something decent?
