In the Crucible league, I had a lot of fun with the Iron Reflex Lightning Arrow Deadeye build. It is pretty tanky and can deal decent damage, but the build is not tanky enough to reach level 100.

So, I tried Self-chill Spark again but with a different configuration. This time I used Permanent flask effect and I found it is still very fun and requires way less currency than the original version which requires Mageblood. I died only once between 99~100 by Metamorph.

If you are playing in Crucible league, You can take Lethe Shade from your main weapon, so I could use many main skill points for more defensive layers.

Why self chill Spark? 30% action speed makes mapping so much more fun. Most people focus on 30% faster spell cast but for me 30% more movement speed is more important for mapping.

Is permanent flask effect as good as Mageblood, No, but good enough for Self-chill Spark Inquisitor. It gives you 90% elemental resistances, 20% less elemental damage taken, 25% lower mana cost of skills and 3% life regeneration.

Here is some tips and tricks (most of them from my previous post)

If you want to take Lethe Shade from you main weapon, You must use a rune dagger instead of wand or sceptre.(Crucible league only)

Make sure your main flasks(Sapphire, Ruby and Topaz) up time is 100% in POB.

`You take 100% reduced Extra Damage from Critical Strikes` is very effective for more tankiness build compared to its cost.

You probably want to avoid the following map mods.

Players cannot Regenerate Life, Mana or Energy Shield

Players have #% less Recovery Rate of Life and Energy Shield

Monsters reflect #% of Elemental Damage

-#% maximum Player Resistances

Players gain #% reduced Flask Charges

Crafting a wand can cost way more than you expected: the chance is around 1/4. It means you need to craft prefix cannot be changed 4 times on average, and also if you slam veiled chaos, It could brick your wand so you probably want Aisling instead.

Map is important for Spark: You can clear Crimson temple much faster than Strand because of more returning Sparks.

Craft Amulet and Shield by yourself to save currency: It is pretty easy and deterministic. You can craft them for half of the price buying it. Just search them on YouTube to learn how to craft them. However, Buy Spark gloves from the trade site. It is cheaper than crafting ATM.

The Pantheon Major God: You probably want Brine King. However, If your character take 0% reduced Effect of Chill on you already, You most likely need to make new one because it decrease your self chill effect by half(30% -> 15%)

Savage Hit does not trigger if you use Petrified Blood: I tested it and unless your chaos resistance is almost zero, It is not triggered by Forbidden Rite, so don't use Savage Response in you medium cluster jewel.

Chaos resistance: I capped my chaos resistance and the chill effect is 29%, so I recommend you to cap your chaos resistance. If your chaos resistance is lower than 40% you will see your life will go down significantly every 4 seconds and will make your character die very easily for a second.

Arcane Surge Support: Link it to Forbidden rite. However, You don't want to max the gem level because you can not make 100% up time. Adjust gem level and test by yourself to find the perfect gem level. For me it is level 10.

Get good corruption mods on your rings: You can find good corruption mod rings for a decent price. increased cast speed and aura effects are very good.

Always care about your low life: If you touch your skill tree, gem level and item, It can impact your low life. Always check a reserved life after changing something. You can easily adjust the reserved life by adjusting gem level of precision or vitality which reserve your life. In my current setup, It is precision level 12

This is an end game build for fun mapping: You need around 20 divs to start and 40~50 divs to finish it. Also, It is not a really good boss killer.

High Life regen is QoL: If you don't have high life regen, You don't take full advantage of Inquisitor passive Pious Path. I invested more on life regen over damage for budget build.
