https://pobb.in/zY-GGAqd2Aim (please read notes section, contains important desecrate info. Has extreme budget and medium budget variant)
total estimated cost: ~37d
pros: walking simulator build, afk simulacrums/ultimatums, relatively cheap for a T17 viable build, can run a wide variety of T17 mods
cons: very bad single target on bosses that don't hit often, slow movement, very weak to degens
T17 mods to avoid: marked for death, uniques remove 10% of health, players have less defences, less/reduced recovery rate of life, cannot regen, reduced flask charges gained, elemental reflect
Core concept: Brass dome + juggernaut + supreme ego = lots of armour. Unbreakable mitigates high ele damage hits, Armour/es mastery applies 10% armour to chaos damage hits. Elegant hubris for easy access to 80% chance to avoid being shocked + boot implicit for full elemental ailment avoidance. Supreme ostentation timeless keystone works with brass dome "strength provides no bonus to max life" as well as magebane. This means we can tattoo the shit out of this build to make up for missing resistances, flask duration, suppression, armour, etc. Lori's lantern provides another additional layer of lucky mitigation which is more effective as the damage dealt increases.
Features: full spell suppression, 120k armour, full elemental ailment avoidance, crit immune, close to full flask uptime with tides of time, curse immune while on conc ground from purifying flame. Monsters are unlucky (from Lori's lantern)
Offense: perandus pact+unnatural instinct in scion jewel slot for 310% increased fire damage. resistance inverted mastery does quite a bit of heavy lifting and helps immensely in maps where monsters get additional resistances.
Overall thoughts: for under 40d I think the T17 performance is quite good, damage is decent for how much defense this build has.
If character is below level 100 drop stun mastery wheen (only needed for crits which have cold damage)
