【Full-Unique Dex-Stacking Cyclone】got BUFFED in 3.16? Let's Spin2Win in Scourge League, boys !

Hey guys, i know many of you have been waiting for this, so we did an update and showcase our dex-stacking cyclone in 3.16 (with new masteries)~ Hope u guys enjoy it !

// Is this build stronger or weaker in 3.16 //

• I would say, it's probably stronger :)
• Def is good as well (yes, we lost phase acro, but we have Magebane (100% spell suppression chance & High armor)
• Surprisingly, the DPS is even higher with new masteries
• Zoom AF (10/10 SPEED !)

// Build Overview // *Not high Budget + Full-Unique Challenge

• Stack DEX (Hollow Palm)
• Can easily achieve 1k Dex with FULL-UNIQUE
• Able to kill end-game bosses easily
• Decent Def (Magebane + Iron Reflexes)
• Zoomey build
