Overcome your 3.15 Struggle! - Low Budget Spin2Win【V.S】Nerf League (Full-Unique Dex-Stackin Cyclone)

Hey guys, i know it's been a hard time for most player to get to end game due to 3.15 nerf, so we will try our best to test out different and budget-friendly builds so that u guys will know what build performs well, despite the nerf ^^

Anyway, our dex-stacking hollow palm cyclone build from last league has been pretty popular and many players are very satisfied with the build, but since it's melee and impale got nerfed hard, is it viable in 3.15?

Well, good news, bois...it's still STRONK ! The only thing affected probably is speed, it got slower, but since we're a raider, we still zoom, so no worries! Damage is pretty reasonable too, as it can still kill end game bosses easily :) Once u upgrade the build, it will perform very well !

• Stack DEX (Hollow Palm)
• Can easily achieve 1k Dex with FULL-UNIQUE
• Able to kill end-game bosses easily
• Decent Def (Won't easily get one-shotted)
• Zoomey build (Still fastaf in 3.15)
