Very tanky and fast enough starter build (SSF viable, only rare items): Juggernaut Boneshatter, 5M DPS, 4.5k life, 78k Armour, Fortify, up to 2k life regen in battle, high hit pool and max hit taken, immune to freeze, chill, temp chains. Easy levelling and mapping, high potential, up to 50M and more DPS with top gear.

Budget: 2-4 div, most items can be picked from the ground or easy rolled with chaos orbs or essences, then add eldritch implicits when possible.
