Ice Spear Miner Is Feeling Strong. Weekend League Start Update | Path of Exile 3.29

Weekend update on my Ice Spear Miner Occultist league start for Path of Exile 3.29 Curse of the Allflame. I'm level 91 with two Voidstones and my atlas is almost complete, and this is technically only day 2 for me since I couldn't play Saturday. The build is feeling really strong so far and I go over where the character is at, what I've upgraded, and where I'm taking it next.
