z3r0pointflux's Notes
My league starter for Path of Exile 3.29 Curse of the Allflame is the Ice Spear Miner Occultist. It can do all content, it is relatively easy and cheap to put together, and has a high ceiling for investment if you want to push it further. I go over everything you need to know to play it this league.
Ice Spear picked up a critical strike chance buff in 3.29 and the new socket changes make gearing this build smoother than ever.
