Ignites got buffed in 3.3 Incursion so i am revisiting Burning Arrow build, but this time with The Tempest and Stromfire as Elementalist, scaling lightning damage for ignites. Overall ignites may feel great for low-mid tier maps, but fall behind when it comes to t11+ maps and especially bad for single target. Attempted t16 guardians and stuff.
