Auto ignite (Herald of Thunder) build - Path of Exile (3.3 Incursion)

A walking simulator build similar to auto-heralds, except this one auto ignites using Herald of Thunder and Stormfire ring. Works best for mid tier maps. Can do Shaper but you should not.

Ascendancy: Elementalist Bandits: 2 passive points

Cost: not really expensive for low tier maps farming but can be costly depending on meta and changes to unique items rarity. This build uses many uniques. Life/dps: less than 5k life, 1% life recover on ignite. Dps would be enough for Shaper but this build is not meant for that. Over 100k ignite dps from HoT. Difficulty: easy but need to be careful because squishy
