One billion DPS? Not sure but it's somewhere near there. Very difficult to tell how many saviour hits you get.
How does this build work? Fury valve turns +proj mods into +split. Splitting steel has a line that says "Projectiles can split without hitting a target'. With nimis, all the split projectiles return to you. Standing on top of the target causes all these projectiles to shotgun. In ruetoo's tests, he found that he was able to get 14 hits from the returning proj. I'd be lying if I said I could explain the mechanics in more depth xD
Can this build map? Yep. You swap splitting steel to spectral helix. With all the split proj and saviour clones, it clears like a beast. Let me know if you'd like to see a mapping vid.
