I've been wanting to make a build that uses runecrafts and double coc looked fun.

Blind Prophet makes capping crit for attacks a breeze, and lancing steel works great for proccing multiple spells.

Abuse projectile scaling -> damage.

Very much WIP but I wanted to share the archetype, I haven't seen too many people using Icicle Burst.
