Sniper command skill + doggy/infernal legion skele to blow up the gas clouds

(yes the gear is amazing, no you don't need this gear to 1 shot every boss I've ran into since level 5)

level of minion skills>>> cast speed>>> spirit>>> nothing else really matters

Can replace efficiency with command support if you ever run out of archer commands.

Get 4 snipers, then after that get one of each minion in the game so Muster gives 70% more dmg

To craft sceptre, buy blue 40% spirit rattling sceptre (cheap), use minion damage essence (cheap), buy omen that forces a suffix (cheap), try to desecrate minion levels. Repeat on new bases till you hit minion levels (all of those currencies are cheap asf)

Mine cost a div and 5 bases to make, but its cheaper than buying a +3 lvl 40% rattling sceptre.
