This is my FINAL build update the for Starcaller build, the build is COMPLETE. Since my last update I got to actually play the build myself. As a result, the build changed drastically. This build update addresses to the build including changes to gem links, the tree, and itemization. Starcaller is the 3rd ever CoC weapon added --- the first 2 have made for some of the funnest builds in poe's history. Until you get Starcaller this is a cyclone build, though. Elaborate leveling setups included in the PoB to guide you through every phase of the game.
