This is a build update for Starcaller, which which has received massive changes to its core functionality. As a result, the build changed drastically. This build update addressed all changes to the skill as well as all updates to the PoB as a result. Starcaller is the 3rd ever CoC weapon added --- the first 2 have made for some of the funnest builds in poe's history. Until you get Starcaller this is a cyclone build, though. Elaborate leveling setups included in the PoB to guide you through every phase of the game.
