Pastebin:https://pastebin.com/eubFZnX3 Frost Blades isn't technically a single target dps skill but with enough investment, it gets the job done.Map clear is godlike anyways.You can absolutely don't use Bottled Faith to reduce the cost of the build.You can't use flasks that much on fights like Sirus anyways.I'm still missing Tailwind boots and Watcher's Eye with Hatred Cold Penetration so the build can achieve higher dps.My current boss dps is 7 million with flasks up.
