Make sure you are using LocalIdentity's Community Fork version. Download link: https://pathofbuilding.community Build Link: https://pastebin.com/4gx8v2Fi (There is also talent tree for raider in the same POB so check that out if you're interested. I haven't played with raider so it might be not optimized.) In 3.18 Sentinel patch, GGG didn't buff or nerf anything. Any POB that has 3.17 tree is ready to go. You don't need to wait for 3.18 update.
