A couple days ago I made a post about the boots, here's my build now with the boots
WIP, still early maps.
Using what I can from the boots on something other than grenades.

Always ignites. Elemental Sunder to use the ignites for real damage. Also using it to generate glory for Ancestral Cry.

Detonator. Using it with rapid assault spear heads to dodge and also do burst on single target.
There's so many options with these boots it's pretty crazy. I definitely see them taking off in the off-meta sphere
