This reveal of the latest PoE league 3.25 Settlers of Kalguur is quite exciting, to the point where I've decided to go with a rogue build as a leaguestarter and even make a video and talk about some decisions I've done in terms of items, points allocation and more. This is not a build guide, if you haven't played Flicker Strike before and don't know how it works/scales, please don't try to blindly follow what I do! By the time I get to Day 5 many things will probably change.
