Penance Brand of Dissipation is one of the most complex builds I’ve played in the Legacy of Phrecia event, especially when built around Tainted Pact. If you don’t understand the mechanics, it feels terrible. Once it clicks, it becomes extremely tanky and does absurd damage.This build is not beginner friendly, but if you enjoy puzzle builds and high payoff setups, this is one of the most rewarding league starters you can play.
