TL;DW:

- Nightblood gives 80% of spell life cost as flat phys damage (insane)

- Stack life with Bog Shaman Sanguine Power (also insane)

- Use Runegraft of the Witchmark (MAY BE EXPENSIVE) + support gem scaling to spend 14K life per BV cast = BIG DAMAGE (~47M Blade Vortex DPS with "could be better" gear)

- Tainted Pact + reflected poisons with The Golden Rule gives ~50K life regen per second off of a single poison

- Use Bladefall of Trarthus (benefiting from Nightblood) + Squirming Terror to always have at least 1 poison on me (need 100% chance to poison)

- Regen is so insanely high that we don't care about avoidance. with big max hit from life stacking, we feel unkillable in maps (no promises lol, especially with certain map mods)

- Lean into chaos explode with Obliteration + clusters + AoE (explodes can prolif with 60% chance to poison)
