For Path of Exile 3.22 I am league starting as an SRS Guardian Templar using the new elemental relics. I showcase the build in budget gear which can be crafted with low tier essences. I plan to use this minion build to farm out about 20 divines and then switch into Cast on Crit Energy Blade Inquisitor using the new Spellblade gem.
