*Giga nerfed with the withering step / elusive change

I wanted to see if the op nightblade + badge of the brotherhood package could carry a low tier skill like viper strike. Turns out, the mechanical awkwardness of the skill was a bit hard to overcome... so lightning strike once again shows why it's the best melee skill!
