As somebody questioned about the budget.
The axe I used it the video is a PDPS 688 axe.
And a PDPS 688 axe you can buy it less than 1D(70150C) in the league now.
I even saw a 6L 690 PDPS axes for 100c...
All the gear has even not been updated since the third day of the league.
The every single rest piece of my gear is also less than 100C now.
You can finish the whole gear with total budget less than 23D as my build has plenty resistance passive points.
If a 3D build is not a budget build, I don't what people want, to clear the world with 1C?
