I did a voltaxic burst build in Phrecia and now I'm doing it again. My main conclusion is the skills fun levels scales inversely with it's damage. And to say the same thing in a different way. The skills clunk levels scales directly with it's damage.

- Perfect Crime (sabo) Ascendency Point
- Arcanist Brand + Voltaxic Burst
- Runebinder keystone
- Voltaxic burst quality (ashes of the star + crest of desire)
- Soul eater tech for 225% cast speed
- Reduced curse duration ring so soul eater tech doesn't take forever to apply
- Megalo + large clusters + svalin for ~90/90 block on top right side of the tree
