Description
"Tanky" fishcaster. Not really though, just tankier than the usual one. For the budget and the return I say there isn't really any synergy. This can probably clear all ubers with min maxing but I don't think I will be taking it to that point.
Some Stats: Forbidden rite - scales off life, self hits for self chill Doppel for much needed phys and chaos damage reduction convert all damage taken to chaos or cold, a nice form of defense
If you want to be tankier than what you see here I suggest taking off a good chunk of damage and speccing into life. Megalos with 3% max chaos and life is some of your best options. Can squeeze a few more jewel slots in, replace large cluster with voices.
If you want a truly tanky and good damage surfcaster, I will suggest the boring ol int stacker. I have a pob for it, if there is desire I will post it.
