DON'T play this build unless you have basic/good understanding of fixing a builds problems to adjust for differences in gear for attackspeed especially. DON'T get Alchemist's Genius on your Timeless Jewel as it will brick the breakpoint. Use the timeless jewel finder to find the highest dps jewel for you. You can also get haste on kill and annoint something else. Get enough flask charges gained for 100% ToH uptime. Allocate Perfect Agony and tattoo it to any keystone that doesn't brick your build to enable the +2 proj tattoo. Budget at time of creation is roughly 70div but naturally is prone to fluctuations. Calculate roughly 100div of cost for it to be safe.
