A while back, i made a post with the "Help Needed" tag for a Tornado Shot Lightning Warp build which was roughly following Captn_Garbage's Build of the Week (Build of the Week - Tornado Warp). I just wanted to thank everyone who took the time to help, answer and make suggestions and to show how much progress I've made with the build since then.
First, to summarize the build and its mechanics: the core idea of this build is to cast Lightning Warp, socketed in an Asenath's Mark helmet, with a high amount of attack speed.
We reduce Lightning Warp's duration to 0 by stacking 100% reduced Skill Effect Duration, and we get at least 204% Cooldown Recovery Rate to lower Asenath's Mark's cooldown as much as possible (down to 0.099 seconds). We then increase our attack speed to 10.1 APS so that each attack lines up perfectly with Lightning Warp's cooldown. If our attack speed is above or below 10.1 Aps, our attacks become desynchronized from our warps, causing us to attack while standing still and miss some cooldown windows, losing a lot of speed. If we're doing it right, every attack should trigger a teleport at the exact same time.
So, now onto some considerations since my last post and with 2 weeks mostly playing and crafting this build:
First of all this build is super fun. A little disorienting at times, and it's impossible to know where you are going without looking at the map, but super fun. It's not amazing at defense or offense, just really fast. I think even with multi mirror investment you wouldn't get that much more damage or defenses, and there are probably better builds to spend that much currency on and get more value out of. It's not as bad as you would think in maps with lots of corners, as moving your mouse a little to the sides or clicking to walk for one second usually "unstucks" your warp. Also, more walls means more damage from our Ricochet ascendancy.
This is a great build for boss rushing Maven invitations, although it loses clear speed with defensive modifiers (Monster ele res, more life, etc) and can die if you have too many offensive modifiers (Damage as elemental, critical strike multi/chance, etc). I've managed to clear Maven, Sirus and even Feared without too much hassle, but Ubers, Simulacrum and T17s are far beyond what it can do.
Our defensive layers are getting decent; other than running around we have some armour from our Granite Flask, some evasion from our equipment, Flesh and Stone, Arctic Armour and a Progenesis Flask for mitigation. We have permanent uptime on our Progenesis from a Watcher's Eye with "gain a flask charge on critical", which is great for our survivability on bosses**.** I wish i could get stun immunity, but i can't get it from flasks currently and i'm out of ideas on how to get it.
Offensively we get most of our damage from our bow, Attack Speed and Critical Multiplier on gear and passive tree. We attack a lot so we benefit from Leech and Life Gain on Hit as well, so our life fills up really fast when we lose it. We also invest into Projectile Speed so we can clear ahead of our warps. I don't know exactly how shotgunning with Tornado Shot works on single target right now, but it does work, and if we warp directly onto an enemy, our Dps gets higher than if we warp around them. Plus, with Progenesis, we can actually tank some bosses, so this is somewhat viable. We also get a nice Dps boost from Ricochet (Projectiles have a chance to Chain when colliding with terrain) whenever there is a wall near an enemy.
As for quality of life we are Elemental Ailment Immune and Curse Immune (important so that Temporal Chains doesn't brick our Aps). I also recently remembered the Arborix unique bow which has the modifiers "Grants level 30 Dash skill" and "Travel Skills other than Dash are disabled", which is really bad Dps-wise for the build, but sometimes you don't want to flicker all around the place, so whenever we don't want our warp to trigger we can just weapon swap and we get a normal Dash skill instead.
Lots of things could be improved: some T2 mods could be T1, our Body Armour could be rare with a Breachlord modifier "Adds 1 to 5 Lightning damage for each Shocked enemy killed recently", we can annoint "Instability" instead of "Lust for Carnage" if we get more attack speed for +1 Power Charge, there is the Legacy helmet enchantment on an Asenath's which give reduced warp duration, we can get corruption implicits on gear and so on.
So yeah, i think thats all. I would like again to thank everyone that helped out, this is still a work in progress but it's far better than before and it's thanks to this subreddit. Any criticism and suggestions are more than welcome!
Thanks again!
This build lives in Standard, and as such makes use of Legacy items.

*Please note that my current gear is still a work in progress, many modifiers could be better and it's going to start getting expensive from here onwards. All of my rare equipment and jewels i crafted myself (and i'm not a great crafter). This is just what i considered passable.
**Im sure there are things i got wrong and then some; this build is very complex, as is this game, so take all the information on this post with a grain of salt, also feel free to correct anything i said wrong!
