The Fastest Character I've Ever Played | Vashthalas' Twister Titan Build Guide - POE2

1) Spear Stab on bosses until Act 2 Swap 2) Pickup Whirling Slash -> Twister -> Barrage -> Combat Frenzy 3) Grab the other persistent skills when you can / have a suitable Sceptre (Guiding Palm of The Eye Is Best IMO) 4) Guiding Palm of The Eye can be corrupted for reduced attribute costs, which is important for this build. -Guiding Palm of The Eye comes with built in +20-30 Intelligence -Sceptres can also have attribute runes socketed into them -We will add a Greater Resolve Rune for another +10 intelligence -Because we have the Sceptre Already Equipped and it has + to intelligence, we can remove intelligence from our passive tree until it only has just enough to remain equipped on weapon swap. -This allows us to redistribute those attributes elsewhere / prevent the need to waste a suffix on gear -If you unequip your weapon set 2 spear / Guiding Palm you will no longer have the necessary intelligence to re-equip the sceptre, I would recommend keeping some junk gear with +intelligence suffixes just in case 5) Weapon swapping is how we will fit in most of our Persistent Skills in the Build, please check the Skills Section 6) Frozen Mandibles Companion is Found in The Glade Interlude, specifically the first zone: Ashen Forest -Look for an area within the forest that has a checkpoint before a small entrance, which leads to large ant hill structures. -Check the beast's modifiers, hit the escape button & reload to checkpoint until you find one with Trail of Ice or Trail of Lightning -Haste Aura is an extremely useful modifier, but not by itself. -Tame Beast allows the captured companion to retain up to 4 Modifiers -I am currently using Trail of Lightning & Haste Aura on my Titan 7) Don't level Whirling Slash too high or you'll exceed your life regen 8) Use Retreat support until you can obtain Rakiata's Flow ($$$ or lucky?)
