This build uses the new Serle's Masterwork to trigger Wave of Conviction on Hit as well as Lightning Bolt on Crit. WoC and LB are both 6-linked thanks to the Squire.
Then to trigger it all I have a Cyclone CoC setup in my chest which also triggers Absolution mainly because it looks cool. Lightning Conduit of the Heavens would be more DPS, Arc too for example.
All spells gain added physical damage which is converted to lightning damage from the Battlemage Runecraft.

And of course it's a Doryani's Prototype setup, which makes nearby enemies lightning resistance equal to your own. Through Reflecting Mist rings with negative lightning res I am currently at -182%.
Mana cost is huge, so I've gone with a Malachai's Simula to simply shift all skill cost to my life pool, which is easy to sustain through Slayer's overleech.

The first thing that I will change is probably add a Lethal Pride with Tempered by War, because lighting damage mitigation through just 10k armour atm is a little rough. Also get some chaos res and more life probably.

Except for the Squire pretty much everything is self-found and I just switched to the Doryani's setup so everything is very far from maxed.

*Importing this build everytime you make a change is kind of a pain so the PoB is not exactly as my character in-game. Main thing to note here is the WoC cooldown jewel which simply gives more cast speed to match the trigger rate as PoB doesn't calculate this on its own. Also forgot to switch from Wrath with Divine Blessing to Determination with Eternal blessing - which is what I'm actually using (in the video)
