You use 2 Whirling Slash. Main one and 2nd one.
2nd Whirling Slash: about skill level, the lower the better.
You use it purely for mobility. use level 1 skill gem if possible.
I recommend you to use level 5 skill gem for Rapid Assault too.
Against bosses, firstly spam Rapid Assault for 1~2 second.
Then spam whatever skill you chose.

Body Armour: Morior Invictus
I think ele res and choas res is a must, but the other one is up to you.
I think you can choose one. Global Defence, Maximum Life, Or All attributes.
OR.
I'll explain in Jewel section later, but you can get spirit from morior invictus, and get more freedom with Jewel choices.
fyi if you choose all attributes it increases your DPS quite a lot. But even without it maybe DPS is still enough for mapping.

Rings: Look for attributes & flat damage & Life leech.
Priority for attribute: All Attributes = Dexterity > Intelligence.
Flat damage will make your DPS stronger, attributes will make it feels nicer to play and also increased DPS.
And Life leech makes you tankier.
and at least 1 Life Leech is a must! You're using blood magic. you need something to sustain your HP!

Charms: Get anything you want, But I recommend you at least using freeze charm.
I recommend stun charm too.
If you're a baller, you can add 'Rite of Passage' and 'The Fall of the Axe' charm. I haven't tried myself, but I think They're gonna perform incredible with this build.
