0.4 Amazon Armour piercing rounds - The Accurate Stormtrooper

The build is playing the Amazon ascendancy to primarily make use of :

Critical strike - Chance to Hit with Attacks can exceed 100%, Gain additional Critical Hit Chance equal to 25% of excess chance to Hit with Attacks

Penetrate - Attacks using your Weapons have Added Physical Damage equal to 25% of the Accuracy Rating on the Weapon

In for the Kill - 20% increased Movement Speed while an enemy with an Open Weakness is in your Presence 40% increased Skill Speed while an enemy with an Open Weakness is in your Presence

We are making use of the Notable Falcon Dive - 4% increased Attack Speed 1% increased Attack Speed per 400 Accuracy Rating, up to 20% which caps out at 8000 accuracy.

The ascendancy is being used entirely offensively and does not provide and defensive layers so I have a large HP pool by utilizing Kaom's Heart, and instant leech with Vaal Pact. The issues defensively for this build are Projectiles shot gunning, degen, and %Dmg as extra mods due to 1 shots. I run double damage map mods comfortably, triple damage can get sketchy.

A benefit of In for the Kill means you can pick up all the reduced movement speed penalty from using skills while moving and be at -10% overall movement speed when around a Unique/Rare. This means for mapping and bossing you can hold left click and walk around to dodge most abilities.

Flasks - life flasks don't exist because of Vaal Pact and even a level 28 Armour Piercing round only costs 141 mana (on reload, we have 24 bolts and ~12-15 aps which is ~70 mana per second cost). I found using Lavianga's Spirits - This Flask cannot be Used but applies its Effect constantly (70—80)% reduced Amount Recovered and "During any flask effect/Any Mana Flask" nodes on the Tree you can get it so the constant effect is a ~25% damage increase, as well as giving you the mana regen you need (generally, 80% less recovery mod is rough).

I've cleared all T0 content comfortably, T4 map bosses are tanky, according to POB my buffed dmg is around 800k DPS which feels right but with the 500% crit multi and Riven armour from high velocity rounds is can feel like upwards of 1.2m DPS.

I've never tried to push a homebrew this far and I think it could clear higher tier content easily (except simul cause wow), but I've pushed this as far as i want to.

You can get a lot more damage from running a higher flat phys crossbow but from checking POB it would take a 500+ divine crossbow to give me a substantial increase in hit dps and I don't want to farm fragments for hours. CI could be possible with more levels to invest into CI and increased ES nodes but the overleech carries for the most part.

I used Astramentis with a Jack of trades annoint until i was able to get a Ring with Accuracy, Res, Life leech, and strength. Once i could run a +2 Proj amulet with crit multi and life it gave me ~500 life and 10% Dmg increase where astramentis was already a 17% inc dps amulet so it is a large increase but astramentis may be more cost effective depending on the point of the league.

First time I've tried to format a post or show my build. Let me know what you think, if I'm missing some easy defensive layer to drops Kaom's, or if there's a crazy DPS increase I'm missing.
