[POE2 0.3] Blackflame Acolyte of Volatility Build Guide (Pre Tree/Support Updates)

Time for another Acolyte Build! (aka Chalupa or Chonk). Updates and changes to come. Remember that this is a general outline plan, won't know anything for sure until the tree and support gem changes come out and we get to test things.

One thing I forgot to mention is that I heard there is a Lineage Support gem coming which grants volatility on using empowered attacks. If that's true, 100% want that for our build, and I'll talk more about that if it comes to fruition.

Also, for weapons, we're using wands and staves. Initially focusing +chaos levels and spell dmg, then we want +fire spell levels once swapping with black flame. There is tech to consider with the unique wand that grants wither on hit, and also approaches relating to poison, but I'm not planning on that for start or until I look into it more. Big shoutout to my viewers Bimblebee for the build idea, and BoomerLFG for helping me learn ED/C leveling!
