In my opinion the correct way for simultaneous Feared is Elder - Shaper - Cortex - Atziri - Chayula, don't make the same mistake of waiting for Cortex like I did, it spawns way later than others. Also considering Elder is what got me killed twice. You got portals as your defensive layers so might as well use some.
