In this video, I break down my Pin-To-Win HCSSF Tactician league starter using Grenades in Path of Exile 2 (0.4). This build crushes the campaign, clears up to T15 maps on league start, and safely deletes bosses using Pin + Grenades + Mortar Cannon.
