For those of you that haven't seen this before, this is a build I have created that leverages a unique frenzy charge generation mechanic from the Tactician ascendancy and combines it with buff stacking to create a powerful and fast map blaster. In this video I discuss how I deal with single target - the weakpoint on the build - and scale it to comfortably extinguish the Arbiter.
