Use Sinistral and Dextral scarabs to effectively scour the map, running it with no mods to make it way easier. Don't bother killing much in the map with this since the no mods means bugger all drops.

Grab the shrines and sulphite nodes if you see them. Not necessary, but they make you even faster and stronger so why not.
