This build is insanely cheap to league start with. Budget to start T16 mapping is around ~30c (day 1 economy). Uniques are not needed but Tremor Rod helps a lot and is able to carry you all the way to red maps with crappy gears. Endgame version using Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage is able to hit ~8 mil dps/projectile (with 23 active mines) but requires high investment and going low life.
