Should have used a Shaper ilvl 84 Helmet (Harvest Crit Reforge to get+3% Spell base crit and Trap and Mine damage support, then Bench +1 AoE Gem).
Don't use Forbidden Shako like me. Cost more Reservation compare to the helmet above.

For +2 gemLV wand, use Prophecy Wand under ilvl82. Use 3 Socket Resonator and put Corroded + Metallic + Shuddering Fossil. Then prefix would be locked to only 3 mods.

Need some tries (1/12 chance to roll 6 mod) since it could be an only 4 mod roll like +%spell damage and 3 suffixes.
