3.29 - Curse of the Allflame League In general still it's great Build. Together buff + nerf we got just -1 projectile on Spark, so it's no big deal. Also increased Mana cost isn't a problem. 1) BUFFS - +1 more projectile on Spark Nova for 10% quality bonus from "item socket rework" __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 2) NERFS - Spark of the Nova: Now fires 6-10 Projectiles at gem levels 1-20 (previously 8-12), has a Cast time of 0.7 seconds (previously 0.75), and the base Mana Cost has been increased by 25% at all gem levels ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ 3) CHANGES - Orb of Storms: Now has a Cast time of 0.4 seconds (previously 0.5), and the base Mana Cost has been increased by 25% at all gem levels - You don't need anymore Boots with Armour for red colors due to "item socket rework". Also cause of that now it's easy to get +15% chance to Suppress Spell Damage from Evasion Mastery - The Imbued system from Mirage was removed =============================================================================================================== 3.28 - Mirage League 1. Nerf a bit to Energy Shield from: "Intelligence now inherently grants 1% increased Maximum Energy Shield per 10 Intelligence (previously per 5 Intelligence)." 2.
