3.29 - Curse of the Allflame League In general still it's great Build, just a bit less Damage. Together buff + nerf we got just -1 projectile on Spark, so it's no big deal. Also increased Mana cost isn't a real problem, cuz we play Mana flask + Vaal Clarity anyway. Just less Mine Throwing Speed on Charged Mines can be painful, cuz with 8x Frenzy we lost 16% of that, so with Minefield in reality will be around 8%. 1) BUFFS - +1 more projectile on Spark Nova for 10% quality bonus from "item socket rework" _____________________________________________________________________________ 2) NERFS - Spark of the Nova: Now fires 6-10 Projectiles at gem levels 1-20 (previously 8-12), has a Cast time of 0.7 seconds (previously 0.75), and the base Mana Cost has been increased by 25% at all gem levels - Charged Mines: Supported Skills now have 8% increased Mine Throwing Speed per Frenzy Charge (previously 10%), 20% increased Critical Strike Chance per Power Charge when used by Mines (previously 25%). Now has a Cost & Reservation Multiplier of 140% (previously 120%) - High-Impact Mine: Supported Skills now deal 60-55% less Damage at gem levels 1-20 (previously 56-50%).
