When you play Path of Exile do you go all piano key or are you into comfy builds with one button?

I wanted to discuss builds and when you start feeling like you want less things to click or press. For me I tolerate a lot of active button pressing in my builds. There definitely comes a time in the progress where I start to need less things to press. I wanted to see how everyone else felt about builds and playing with piano key or one button actions in their league. Let me know in the comments what you prefer and when you feel you should be in a more comfy playstyle in your build progression.
