The core strength stacking unique was aquired but not all pieces are in place yet. After looking what build I could play with the gear in my stash, I landed on Static Strike and Shockwave. I drafted a tree in PoB and respect into it fully blind, never having played either skill...
*UPDATE: I figured out how you are supposed to play this skill. You use Ambush skill to boost crit and multi for the next attack. Then you hit with Static Strike only once and until Ambush comes back off cooldown since the beams will keep the crit buffs from ambush until they run out.
