Vaal Caustic Arrow / TR Pathfinder Leaguestarter ~ {POE 3.20}

Vaal Caustic Arrow has me excited to try out a chaos bow build starter even though they are a bit of the meta because I believe its extra boost of damage could pick up the single target to make it once again fairly competitive. I took the time to set up a test character for early maps as a proof of concept but fully expect with the new changes to onslaught flask as well as vaal caustic arrow to be massive improvements to the builds character power level. I probably will still theory craft a few more league start builds because these vaal skills get me pumped to try out different things but right now this is a top contender for me being a competitve league start.
