76/64 res, 3.8k life, ~20k armour, 0 suppression. With this shield I can farm uber Sirus and T17 maps. And I only have less than 4m ignite dps against uber Sirus. It's really hard to have good survivability for witch builds this league since determination and grace nerfed, and divine blessing is gone. And this block combo costs only 1+2div for forbidden jewels, plus 10c for the shield. 3div+10c is all you need to survive Uber pinnacles and T17.
This is THE strongest unique in this league.
